Refund policy

1. Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

In the same condition that you received it

Free of stains, odors, or damage
Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

Opened or used sleep masks

Pillows or bedding that have been used

Any item marked as “Final Sale”

Digital products or gift cards
If an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately for support.
3. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

Contact us within 7 days of delivery

Provide your order number and a photo/video of the issue

We will replace the item or issue a refund at no cost to you
We always make this process fast and easy.
4. Return Process

We will provide return instructions and the return address.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Unless the item arrived damaged or defective, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
5. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.
Approved refunds will be:

Issued within 5–10 business days
If your refund is delayed, please check with your bank or card issuer for processing times.
6. Exchanges
We do not offer traditional exchanges.
If you want a different item or variant, simply:

7. Order Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped.
Once an item has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be cancelled and must follow our return process.

8. Lost or Stolen Packages
SlumbrVault is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery is confirmed by the carrier.
If you believe your package was misdelivered, please contact the carrier directly or email us for assistance.
